ACSTI organizes training programmes for the benefit of the Directors and employees of the three tier cooperative credit structure comprising of Kerala State Co-operative Bank (KSCB), District Co- operative Banks (DCBs), Primary Agricultural Co-operative Societies (PACS). ACSTI monitors the latest trends in co-operative structure and thereby assists the co-operatives by devising new training programmes. The training programmes organized by ACSTI include areas of its core competence such as Organisation Development, Banking Operations, Human Resources Development, Business Development Planning, Branch Management, Financial and Investment Management, Induction, IT/Computer, Asset Liability Management, Loaning Operations and Good Governance.

ACSTI conducts training programme with the full support and co-operation of Kerala State-Co-operative Bank (KSCB), Centre of Professional Excellence in Co-operatives (C-PEC), National Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), District Co-operative Banks (DCBs) and Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS). The training programmes of the ACSTI are designed to meet the present day challenges and the trainings are handled by eminent faculty and experts in the specialized areas.

The training programme of the Institute are reviewed every year in the light of client feedback and their specific demands, changes in policy environment and the training contents and design are suitably modified. ACSTI will also evaluate the various courses in cooperative training and suggest measures for improvement. Efforts are always made to upgrade and update the training inputs on an ongoing basis. It is the ACSTI's ethos to stay in touch with the field realities and provide solutions to operational problems faced by the co-operative banks through training. 

The training programmes are thoroughly reviewed by the Standing Committee and the syllabus committee of the Institute. ACSTI now conducts on an average 80 programmes yearly.

The time schedule of all the programmes planned for the year is furnished in the training calendar for your convenience which can be downloaded. We hope that the calendar will be useful to our clients for chalking out their manpower development plans and training schedule.

We also conduct on location training for DCBs/PACS on request from these organizations. We also invite suggestion of new training programmes which are not included in the calendar, to be conducted in the Institute campus.
